Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Every order from Diavanta includes free shipping within Ireland. There are no minimum purchase requirements and no additional delivery charges at checkout. We want receiving your order to feel simple and worry free.

What payment methods do you accept?

These include Amazon Pay, American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Visa. How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–6 business days, Monday through Saturday. This means most orders arrive within 4–8 business days in total. When your parcel leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow its progress.

Is my personal and payment information safe?
Yes. Protecting your privacy and payment details is extremely important to us. Diavanta does not store sensitive payment information, and all transactions are processed through secure encrypted systems.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only deliver within Ireland. Our goal is to provide the best possible experience locally. If shipping becomes available in additional regions, we will share the news with our community.

Can I update or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, changes or cancellations may still be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to assist.

How long do refunds take?
After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears on your account.

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
Start by checking the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email. If more than 7 business days have passed since shipment and your order still has not arrived, please email info@diavanta.com and we will investigate right away.

What is your return policy?
If something is not quite right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Simply contact us at info@diavanta.com and we will guide you through the return process.

Do you accept exchanges?
Yes. If you would like a different size or item, exchanges can be arranged. Just email info@diavanta.com and our team will help you find the right option.
