Return Eligibility

Customers have 14 days from the date their order is delivered to request a return.

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • All original packaging included

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email info@diavanta.com and include your order number in your message. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide the necessary return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service so your return can be safely delivered and monitored during transit.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or item, exchanges are available upon request. Simply contact info@diavanta.com with your order number and the item you would prefer instead, and we will assist you with the exchange process.

Refunds

Once your returned item arrives, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets the return requirements.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

There are no restocking fees for returned items.
