Description
Leather hiking boots with a full lace-up front, cut for walking rather than for looking like walking boots. The laces run high enough to tighten around the ankle, which is what stops your foot sliding forward on a descent.
The padded collar keeps the top edge from digging in over a long day, and the reinforced heel counter holds the back of the foot steady on uneven ground. The outsole tread is defined enough to grip on mud and wet rock.
The colour range is unusual for a hiking boot — cobalt blue and polar white sit well outside the standard brown, which makes them wearable in town as well as on a trail.
