Description
Leather boots with a zip down the inside of the ankle. You set the laces once and then get in and out with the zip, which saves a few minutes every morning and stops the laces stretching out of shape.
The zip runs smoothly rather than catching halfway, which is where cheap side-zip boots fail first. The padded collar keeps the top edge from rubbing, and the reinforced heel counter holds the back of the foot steady.
They pair with straight-leg jeans and a knit jumper, with chinos and an overshirt, or under wool trousers. Wipe clean and let them dry naturally.
