Description
Combat boots with a full lace-up front and a leather upper. The high lacing is the functional part: it wraps the ankle and holds it, which is why this shape has stayed in use for a century rather than going in and out of fashion.
The reinforced heel counter takes the strain on uneven ground and the outsole tread grips on wet surfaces. The cushioned insole makes them wearable all day rather than only for short stretches.
They work with denim and a hoodie, with straight-leg jeans, or with cargo trousers. Khaki and dark brown are softer alternatives to the usual black.
